Nemo Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the JLPT Flashcard app (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:
- Study progress (completed card sets, study counts, completion dates)
- App settings (language preference, theme, notification settings, etc.)
- Selected JLPT level

The App does not collect:
- Personally identifiable information such as name, email address, or phone number
- Location data
- Access to contacts, photos, or camera
- Account credentials for third-party services
2. How We Use Your Information
The locally stored data is used solely to:
- Maintain and display your study progress
- Save and restore your app preferences
- Improve app functionality
All data remains on your device and is never transmitted to external servers.
3. Data Retention and Deletion
- All study data and settings are stored in your device’s local storage.
- Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all associated data from your device.
- You can reset your progress at any time from within the App’s settings.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share any user data with third parties. Because the App operates entirely offline, there is no mechanism by which your data could be transmitted externally.
5. App Store Platforms
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. These platforms may collect certain information during the download and installation process in accordance with their own privacy policies. This is outside our control; please refer to Apple’s and Google’s respective privacy policies for details.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App does not collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. Because no personal data is collected at all, the App is safe for users of all ages.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated through an App update. The updated policy takes effect from the date it is posted on this page or published with an App Store update.
