1. Purpose

The purpose of these Terms of Use is to stipulate the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by Keep Going (hereinafter referred to as the “App”), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the users and the App operator.

2. Effectiveness and Changes to Terms

  • These terms become effective immediately upon installation and use of the App.
  • The operator may amend these terms as necessary within the scope of applicable laws. Amended terms will become effective upon being announced within the App.

3. Compliance with Apple Standard EULA (For iOS Users)

Regarding the use of the iOS version of this App, any matters not specified in these terms shall follow Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

4. Subscription and Payment (PRO Service)

  • Payment: Paid subscription services (PRO) provided within the App are charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account.
  • Automatic Renewal: Unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, the subscription will automatically renew, and the account will be charged.
  • Cancellation: Users can turn off auto-renew or cancel the subscription at any time in their device’s store account settings. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel the subscription.
  • Price Changes: Subscription prices are subject to change without notice, but this will not affect periods already subscribed to.

5. Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of digital content, refunds may be restricted in principle if there is a history of use after purchase.
  • Cancellation and refund procedures follow the refund regulations of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. As the operator does not have direct authority over the store’s payment system, refund requests must be processed through the respective store’s customer support.

6. Service Interruption

The operator may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of system maintenance, replacement, failure, communication interruption, or other similar reasons.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The operator is exempted from responsibility for the provision of services if unable to provide them due to natural disasters or force majeure.
  • The operator is not responsible for any obstacles to service usage caused by the user’s fault.
  • The data or information provided by the App is for reference only, and the operator is not responsible for any results arising from its use.
