1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions aim to define the conditions and procedures for using the service provided by Push It (hereinafter referred to as the “App”), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the users and the App operator.

2. Effectiveness and Changes

  • These Terms become effective immediately upon installing and using the App.
  • The operator may amend these Terms as necessary within the scope of relevant laws. Amended Terms will become effective upon notification within the App during an update.

3. Ad Serving

This App is provided for free and contains in-app advertisements. By using the service, you agree to the display of advertisements.

  • Banner and Interstitial Ads: Ads may appear on parts of the game screen or as full-screen ads during screen transitions.
  • Rewarded Ads: Users may choose to watch ads to obtain in-game items or rewards. If ad viewing is interrupted, rewards may not be granted.

4. Compliance with Apple Standard EULA (iOS Users)

Regarding the use of the iOS version of this App, matters not specified in these Terms follow Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (Standard EULA).

5. Service Interruption

The operator may temporarily suspend the provision of the service in the event of system maintenance, replacement, failure, or communication disruption. Furthermore, the service may be permanently terminated for operational reasons, in which case prior notice will be given.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Free Service: As this App is a free service, the operator is not liable for any damages incurred by the user in connection with the use of the service, unless special provisions exist in the laws.
  • Data Loss: The operator is not responsible for data loss caused by device changes, app deletion, or device loss.
  • Third-Party Ads: The operator is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of third-party advertisements or sites linked within the App.
